[Mimedefang] Redhat 8 followup.

No errors anywhere. It just doesn't start. I did get it to run using the
init-script. So something has changed with Redhat 8. Unfortunately I have so
many machines to build right now I don't have the extra time to investigate
and find a fix for you. Wish I could help further.
