[Mimedefang] Server load

I currently have SA limited to looking at messages of less than 100kb, so I
think I'm on the right track.

Even with MIMEDefang and SpamAssassin, your server is over-powered for
12/15k messages/day. :-)  It should be no problem.

The only caveat is if you receive a lot of very big messages, SA will
be slow.  In that case, don't run SA on messages larger than 50-60kB or so.
