[Mimedefang] FILE::SCAN

You need to update File::Scan - all the definitions are in the 
module.  Depending on your system it can be as simple as running
         perl -MCPAN -e "install File::Scan"
(which I have as a weekly cron job)

No need to recompile MimeDefang, though - just restart it.
