[Mimedefang] headers after multiple passes

I noticed this earlier today, although I didn't think it was every message, just certain ones (I never looked into which, or who they were from). Someone is adding a X-Spam-Score to every email, even if the score is small or negative. To get around it temporarily I added to my Outlook rule to ignore that rule if [Mimedefang] was in the subject. I have certainly never found an easy way in Outlook to do any sort of regular expression filtering.
Long term (when I go live for my whole company) I would guess adding the Mimedefang list to Spamassassin's whitelist would solve the problem, but I guess if there is a better answer to Les's question I too would like to know.
Sorry I don't have an answer, I just thought it was a funny coincidence that I was thinking about the same problem earlier on.
