[Mimedefang] Why scan for viruses twice in the default filter?

Thanks.  It's an interesting exercise, adding
a feature to someone else's code.  So far, the
following gets written into a MySQL table by
editing just the /etc/mail/mimedefang-filter:
date, time, msgID, sender, recipient, subject,
size, and virus (if infected).  Working on
adding quarantined?, spam?, and trying to
figure out code for handling logging of
multiple recipients.  More than enough data
to generate graphs!  

Also have some bugs to stomp on.
