[Mimedefang] When to restart?

Will it respond to a HUP signal the same way?
A lot of other software re-reads its configs on SIGHUP, so that's if I were
to guess, I'd do the same thing with MD.  If it doesn't reread on SIGHUP, at
least it shouldn't exit.
