Notice that he grabbed the HTML Cleaner - only tarball.  The latest
version of that is 1.17  What you're using is the entire Anomy mail
sanitizer package, of which MD only uses the HTML Cleaner...  ie. it's the
same thing without the extra files that MD will never use.
