[Mimedefang] Problem.

This is also with 2.27-Beta-1.

Just for future reference. This error is due to mimedefang not setting the
max allowed threads. This was changed as of Redhat 7.3.

Look at the Additional comment from one of the Redhat guys at the bottom.

As soon as I lowered the MX_MAXIMUM below 200 I no longer had these issues.
However I now hit the max allowed.
