One can blacklist a recipient as well:

Customizing Spamassassin and working with BlackLists:
Cd /etc/mail/spamassassin
Vi sa-mimedefang.cf
Add the following:
		#*****Added by PSL*****
		blacklist_to    CamdenCyclingCampaign at yahoogroups.com
		# blacklist_from        friend at public.com
		#*****Added by PSL*****
