[Mimedefang] Mea Culpa... 2.27-B1 is available (was Re: [Mimedefang] mimedefang-multiplexor collisions....)

Hi,

A big mea-culpa.  The multiplexor was not picking idle slaves correctly;
it just picked the first one, even if it wasn't running.

MIMEDefang 2.27-BETA-1 is at http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/#download

It correctly prefers a running slave over a stopped slave when it
picks a free slave.  It still tries to re-use the slave with the highest
number of requests.

This release should be a lot better on a busy mail server.
