[Mimedefang] putc failed: Error 0 line 848

Hello,

since installing MIMEDefang v2.24 on Solaris 8 I have some of "putc
failed: Error 0 line 848" in the logs, its count is 115 since Oct/31.

There are two PIDs of the mimedefang process logged (I restarted the mail
server in between once).

Log entries:
Nov  8 21:51:17 ux-2s02 mimedefang[8919]: [ID 888701 mail.warning] putc failed: Error 0 line 848
Nov  8 21:51:17 ux-2s02 sm-mta[2649]: [ID 801593 mail.info] gA8KpD98002649: Milter: data, reject=451 4.7.1 Please try again later

Above two log entries seem to be associated with each other judged by the
log date, there were no other log entry in this minute (hence I took this
example as luckily as it was), for the sendmail ID I found only the
following three entries (addresses replaced):

Might this apose a problem with the Milter?

Because I know the sender personally, I know that both the from and relay
are indeed valid and non-listed in ORB etc.
