[Mimedefang] Trend Micro Filescanner/Interscan support

Hi Anthony, 

It should with Interscan on Linux or Solaris or HPUX. 
Currently, I use Linux but I plan to set-up Interscan
+ Mimedefang on a Solaris machine. It should also 
work with the Trend Filescanner (same command 
/etc/iscan/vscan) which is available for Linux too.
