[Mimedefang] Installing Anomy HTMLCleaner?

I downloaded the latest anomy-HTMLCleaner-1.11.tar.gz, but I guess I'm not
too adept at installing Perl modules.  Where/how should I install these two
.PM files?  When I run 'make distclean' and then configure after copying the
files where I *think* they should be, MimeDefang doesn't detect it.  Is there
a doc I can reference as how to do this?  I'd love to just RTFM..
