[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.12 Beta 1

Hi,

Major change:  Added "-U" options to mimedefang and mimedefang-multiplexor
to let them run as non-root.  They start as root to create their
sockets and pid-files in /var/run, but then drop privileges before
doing anything else.  Please read the man pages and test carefully;
I think this is a major security improvement.

INCOMPATIBILITY: SpamAssassin before 1.6 is no longer supported.  Future
versions of MIMEDefang will not work with SpamAssassin 1.5 and earlier.
