It should not be.

You can call anomy_clean_html with a hash of Anomy options.  By default,
I set "Paranoid" to 1 and "NoWebBugs" to 1.  If you don't want this,
use this:

anomy_clean_html($entity, {"Paranoid" => 0, "NoWebBugs" => 0});

This is documented in mimedefang-filter.7
