[Mimedefang] Request for suggestions: releasing quarantined messages

it's too specific for our situation. 
for example, it check's, if the client has 
switched on the proxy. ( proxy = viruswall from trendmicro ) 
and a lot of other things, which should selectable
by a parameter.
