[Mimedefang] Bad extensions and vCards

Ran into another interesting one.  Apparently at least one mail program 
attaches vCards (.vcf) with a filename based on the name and email address of 
the person.  So you end up with filenames like "Joe Schmoe 
(jschmoe at wherever.com).vcf" - a huge number of which are going to trip 
filter_bad_filename because of the .com domain name.

I've added a $ at the end of the expression in filter_bad_filename so that it 
will only match at the end of the string.  In anyone's experience, is there a 
reason to look for dangerous extensions earlier in the filename?
