Major changes since 2.11:

* Added support for RAV Anti-Virus.
* Added support for Trend Micro "vscan".
* If you use SpamAssassin, you must use 1.6 or higher (1.5 and earlier no
  longer supported).
* Added -U options to mimedefang and mimedefang-multiplexor to run as non-root.
* Warnings can now be placed in-line instead of in their own MIME part.
* Sample filter tightened up and code reorganized.
* Bug fix: We no longer convert "multipart/alternative" to "multipart/mixed".

	instead of MIME::WordDecoder's "unmime".  The latter would sometimes
	refuse to accept certain character sets.  decode_mimewords is
	potentially lossy, but should be safer than unmime.
