[Mimedefang] Suspicious characters revisited

Greetings all,

I'm having a problem trying to get some mailing list mail to pass through 
mimedefang.  I've tried matching the $RelayAddr and $Sender to tell it to 
let it through, but the RelayAddr isn't always the same (atleast for this 
specific mailing)  It's always in the same network with the same ending 
domain, but it will change i.e.

uu1smtp1.flonetwork.com

and then later it'll be

uuout1smtp1.flonetwork.com

etc.

Any ideas on that?
