Well, the only comment, aside from "I like the filter!", is that it was 
recommended to me to have the the filescan test performed in 
filter_begin rather than within filter.  It was explained to me, at the 
time, that by having it in filter_begin, it will scan the message once, 
in its entirety, rather than within filter, which can get called 
multiple times per message.

It will help improve performance...
