[Mimedefang] -lsm

Hello!

 I've just find out that I can just remove -lsm from Makefile instead
 of changing it to /usr/local/lib/libsm.a
 So it's a configure bug: it's incorrectly detects that:
 checking whether libmilter requires -lsm... yes
 MIMEDefang compiles and works ok without -lsm under my FreeBSD-4.5-p4
 with sendmail-8.12.3
