[Mimedefang] suspicious characters in body

since version 2.7 i noticed several quarantine actions 
with above msg. now i removed this filter. 
below i attache such an entire msg for analyses. 
i only have seen two hex b9 characters. 
this seems to be a ' for any mailsystem.
