[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.10 BETA 3 is available

Hi,

MIMEDefang 2.10-BETA-3 is at:

Changes since BETA-2:

- Added the "-F" option to mimedefang and mimedefang-multiplexor to specify
  filter rules file.

- The socklen_t problem should finally be nailed!  It should now compile
  even on systems which do not define socklen_t.

- The sample filter allows .eml attachemnts IF AND ONLY IF they are of
  type multipart/rfc822.

- You can define the global variable $OpenAVHost to be the default host:port
  for Open AntiVirus.

- Minor cleanups in mimedefang.pl.in
