[Mimedefang] Help On Testing Example Filter

when I try and test the example filter I get the following message

mimedefang.pl /etc/mail/mimedefang-filter
Cannot chdir(/etc/mail/mimedefang-filter): Not a directory at
/usr/local/bin/mimedefang.pl line 129.

Any Help Would be appreciated.
