[Mimedefang] which charset is being used in a mail?

Hi,

lately, I'm getting a lot of Spam in "strange" (for me) charsets.
"ks_c_5601_1987" and "big5"

I want to scan these messages with SpamAssassin. Is there a (fast) way to
find out which charset is being used in MIMEDefang ?
