[Mimedefang] Sendmail crash

If you're running 12--20 mimedefang.pl's, getting more memory will
help.  MIME::Parser leaks memory, so you may get some improvment
by restarting the mimedefang.pl's after 10 or 20 runs.  Also, as was
suggested, skip SA if the message is large.
