If you do not call action_rebuild, action_quarantine, etc. during the
process of scanning an e-mail (i.e., you only call action_accept or do
nothing), then MIMEDefang does *NOT* change the body of the mail
message.  It makes exactly one change: It adds an X-Scanned-By:
header.

That should not bother Exchange.  I'd have to see a sample before-and-after
message to know for sure.
