[Mimedefang] libmilter.a missing

Did you build and install libmilter?

Make sure you have:

APPENDDEF(`conf_sendmail_ENVDEF', `-DMILTER')

in devtools/Site/site.config.m4

and after building sendmail, you might want to explicitly:

cd libmilter
sh Build install
