[Mimedefang] comm.c patch breaks milter (Was: negotiate error: version 13 not 2?)

That's what I thought also, and thats why I triple checked
everything once more... until I finally found the problem:
the patch that I copied from:
   http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/
was the reason!

After reversing the patch mimedefang started to do its job.

Like Eric Fehr <eric at regolith.net> noticed in another post today:

I wonder what is that CA's patch mentioned here? I do not have any
patch now, and milter seem to work...
