This is with SA 2.31 (and 2.30) when $SALocalTestsOnly is 0 (it does have
razor installed):

root at mail2:~# ps auxw|grep mimedefang\.pl|grep defunct|wc -l
    316

After restarting, no zombies with $SALocalTestsOnly = 1.
