[Mimedefang] http link only emails

I've been running it in multiple locations on different platforms since
I started using MD.. no problems at all, really.
Anomy::HTML, for one, is noisy.. Some emails have empty mime parts, and
Anomy screams loudly in the log files about certain variables being
empty (because of the lack of the MIME content to parse against), but
nothing fatal.
The integration of Anomy::HTML into MD is barely there, but enough to
get the core of what Anomy::HTML is supposed to do. There is no way to
control the behavior of Anomy::HTML because of the way it is currently
integrated into MD.
I've been meaning to work on it, but I keep getting sidetracked. :)
