[Mimedefang] Logging change in recent versions?

Nope...haven't touched that in months.  (And if I had, I'd still be
puzzled by the fact that I'm seeing some milter header changes logged,
and others not.)

There isn't anything I might've accidentally done, or a default value
that I might've failed to override in my filter that'd determine what
gets sent to the logs while the filter's running, is there?  (I did make
some filter tweaks to introduce File::Scan checks at the same time I did
the upgrade.)
