[Mimedefang] Performance Tuning

We WERE getting tempfail messages and bumping up the number of available
processes seems to have fixed that issue.  I believe we have the SA set to
the default size limit but will check that one.

Do you get any messages tempfailing?  If not, I wouldn't worry about it.
The big performance tweaks:

- Use a ramdisk for the spool directory
- Keep more Perl processes running (set MX_MINIMUM to 10 or so) if your
  box has enough memory.
- Get more memory :-)
- Don't scan large messages with SpamAssassin.  Limit it to <64kB.
