[Mimedefang] Error on huge (~180mb) e-mail

180 MB is simply unreasonable.  Even transferring that amount of data via
milter and parsing it with MIME::Tools will cause one end or the other
to time out.

There is simply no way to handle such large messages with MIMEDefang.
