[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.17-BETA-1

Main change:  mimedefang.pl strips "\r" from mail message before
processing.  The "\r" seemed to cause problems with MIME::Tools.  This
is an experimental change because there may be security ramifications.
However, it does fix the problem with plain-text messages suddenly becoming
double-spaced.  Please test.
