Newbies: Read the HOWTO (was RE: [Mimedefang] MIMEDefang installed but not working ;()

A note to all the new people:  You should read Mickey Hill's excellent
HOWTO at http://www.rudolphtire.com/mimedefang-howto/

Although bits of it are specific to Red Hat Linux, most of it applies to any
UNIX system.

Also, there's a generic start/stop script in examples/init-script which
should start and stop MIMEDefang on pretty much any UNIX system -- there
are no Red Hat or Linux dependencies in the script.
