Not yet, but as you suggested, I can add another argument to
run_virus_scanner which is a regexp.  Only lines matching the regexp
will be kept.  For backward-compatibility, the regexp can default to ".*"
which will match anything.

I'll need help from virus scanner owners to supply me with appropriate
regular expressions, because I do not use virus scanners.
