[Mimedefang] Replace Large Attachments with URL's

I don't see where to add the -l option to mimedefang-multiplexor.  Where
do you add the option (what file)?

Here are the results from mimedefang.pl test:

su-2.05a# mimedefang.pl -f mimedefang-filter-with-sizelimit -test

Can't call method "bodyhandle" on an undefined value at
mimedefang-filter-with-s
izelimit line 195.
