[Mimedefang] NAI uvscan DAT-update

Unfortunatley I discovered that the virus signature ID is set back to 4100
from 4i83 after you install the DAILYDAT.ZIP contents. So I resorted to
not using it but installed the extra.dat instead.

You can run "uvscan --version" to find the dat version installed.
