I have released MIMEDefang 2.3 Beta 2 at:

New Features:

Integration with the Anomy::HTMLCleaner module from http://mailtools.anomy.net/
This lets you prevent many HTML scripting attacks, web bugs, etc.

Better integration with SpamAssassin, thanks to Jeff Heinen.

Bug Fixes:
----------

Under certain conditions, the MIMEDefang multiplexor would create
a file called "/STDERR" (yes, in the root directory!)  This has been
fixed.

action_external_filter did not work properly; it has been fixed.
