[Mimedefang] Error: Filter did not remove UNFINISHED file (Was RE: Problem building on FreeBSD)

I built and installed the libsm and that seems to work now. Thanks for the
tip.

However I now have a new problem:

Whenever I try to send a mail I get the following in the sendmail log:


Feb  8 11:25:32 slate mimedefang[2371]: Filter did not remove UNFINISHED
file --
 returning tempfail code to sendmail
Feb  8 11:25:32 slate sendmail[2375]: g18BPVbI002375: Milter: data,
reject=451 4
.7.1 Please try again later
Feb  8 11:25:32 slate sendmail[2375]: g18BPVbI002375:
to=<barry.byrne at wbtsystems
.com>, delay=00:00:01, pri=30499, stat=Please try again later

Anyone any clues on this? I installed the low-risk-filter in
/etc/mail/mimedefang-filger
The only changes I made to this file were the two postmaster addresses.
