I have posted MIMEDefang 2.28-BETA-3 at

It uses a patch similar to the one Nels posted earlier, to synthesize
Return-Path: and Received: headers.  (It's slightly different in that it
doesn't exec 'hostname' for each message; it gets the name from
$SendmailMacros{"if_name"})
