[Mimedefang] restart or reload or neither ?

	I'm pretty sure that it the very next piece of mail that gets
scanned uses the new definitions.  AFAIK, no further actions are required
on your part.

I could not figure out from the documentation or source if
mimedefung-multiplexor should be restarted or reloaded or just let run
untouched after a new version of File::Scan is installed. I think the
latter but I am not sure.

So, what to do to make mimedefang notice the new File::Scan?
