[Mimedefang] Administrator emails missing

G'day from down under :)

Have just spent many hours installing & configuring MIMEDefang 2.28, Spamassassin & 
Sendmail 8.12.7

Everything is working fine except that I am not receiving the admin emails when 
messages are quarantined.

Here are some details:

1. Rejected Spam from mail log

Still no emails. It's probably something really obvious :)

Can someone please point me in the right direction of where to look next?
