[Mimedefang] Filter viruses but not spam using relay check?

I have recently started using the new ACCEPT_AND_NO_MORE_FILTERING
feature, and it looks promising for reducing load on a very busy mail
server that I run. I do have a question though, that I have not been able
to figure out.

I would like to filter all incoming mail for viruses and spam, and would
not like to filter outgoing email for spam, but I still want to check it
for viruses. Is there a way to scan for viruses, then check the ip and
ACCEPT_AND_NO_MORE_FILTERING based on the relay IP? Is there another way
to do this if the relay check is not the best method?
