MIMEDefang 2.28 is available at the usual:

Important changes since 2.27:

o Final (?) bug in the scheduler squashed; the multiplexor should be very
  smooth now on busy mail servers. :-)

o Added workaround for GCC 3.2 optimization bug on SPARC Solaris.

o The filter_relay, filter_sender and filter_recipient functions can
  short-circuit filtering by returning ACCEPT_AND_NO_MORE_FILTERING
  Useful if you don't want to filter outbound mail at all.
