[Mimedefang] whitelist_from not working from mimedefang

It only does that if you pass --sysconfdir=/usr/local/etc
--with-confsubdir=mimedefang to configure when you build MD. (as of 2.27
anyway)

The defaults are:

  /etc/mail/spamassassin/sa-mimedefang.cf
  /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf
  /etc/mail/spamassassin.cf
