[Mimedefang] whitelist_from not working from mimedefang

Hallo!

I am using MIMEDefang with Spamassassin. I am facing a problem with
whitelist_from
field in /etc/mail/spamassassin/sa-mimedefang.cf file. 

When I am testing a mail (the From: address is in the whitelist_from
)with
Spamassassin only: 

    spamassassin -t <spam> spam.out 

the whitelist is working well. 

But when I am calling spamassassin from mimedefang, it is considered as
a spam and
the USER_IN_WHITELIST test is not working. 

Can anyone tell me what can be the problem? 

N.B: I am using mimedefang 2.25 and spamassassin 2.43
