[Mimedefang] Why does this not show the virus?

While I frequently get the Correct Virus information from the MIMEDefang
software notifications to the intended recipient, there appears to be
Several messages which come through with this type of information being
reported:

This was message was found to be carrying an attachment
that contained a known virus.  The attachment has been replaced.
The following information may be helpful to determine its source:
        Sender:         <Bruno at hotmail.com>
        From:   Bruno <Bruno at hotmail.com>
        Virus:
        Attachment:
        Mime-Encoding:  text/html

The original sender may NOT have been notified
(it may not be a valid email address).

Why doesn't the Virus information from virus scanner appear in this
identification message?

The other issue about this problem is that there is no created directory
in the /var/spool/MIMEDefang tree.

Any ideas about what's going on here?
