[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.19 is released

Turned out to be a typo I had made in /etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail where the stop
section said killproc $MIMEDFANG instead of $MIMEDEFANG. As a result the old
executable just kept on running right through all my attempts at reinstalling.
